Were you called the N-word by co-workers, supervisors, or any other employees at the Tesla Fremont Factory?

Did you hear other Black or African-American employees get called the N-word by employees at the Tesla Factory?

Did you encounter racist graffiti in the bathrooms or elsewhere at the Tesla Factory?

Did you otherwise witness racist conduct at the Tesla Factory?

If your answer to any of these questions is “Yes,” you may have a damages claim to bring immediately against Tesla.
