If you are a Black, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean current or former employee of Tesla, Inc. (or a staffing agency) who works or worked at the Tesla Factory in Fremont, California:

Were you called the N-word by co-workers, supervisors, or any other employees at the Tesla Factory?

Did you hear other Black, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean employees get called the N-word by employees at the Tesla Factory?

Did you encounter racist graffiti in the bathrooms or elsewhere at the Tesla Factory?

Did you otherwise witness racist conduct at the Tesla Factory?

If your answer to any of these questions is “Yes,” you may have a discrimination claim to bring immediately against Tesla. 

The California Civil Rights Law Group and Bryan Schwartz Law have brought a class action lawsuit against Tesla to recover damages for race discrimination.
