EXAMPLES OF RACE-BASED HARASSMENT INCLUDE:
- Use of racist slurs like the N-word or “monkey” by co-workers or supervisors
- Racist graffiti in Tesla Factory bathrooms such as racist slurs or swastikas
The California Civil Rights Law Group and Bryan Schwartz Law have filed a class action lawsuit in the California Superior Court for the County of Alameda on behalf of all Black, African-American, and Afro-Caribbean employees at the Tesla Factory from November 13, 2016, to the present.
